Enrico Valdani is Full Professor of Corporate Economics and Management. He obtained a degree in Business dministration from Università Bocconi. Prof. Dr. Tomi Dahlberg
Professor of Information Systems Science, University of Turku, Finland

Tomi Dahlberg is the professor of Information Systems Science at University of Turku and one of the seven professor level members of Turku Information System Research Alliance (TISRA). He is responsible for the CIO curriculum at University of Turku and co-chairs the CIO Academic Learning Society Doctoral Program. He is the chairman of the selection committee for CIO of the Year in Finland and chairs the standardisation activities of IT Governance within the country. Dr. Dahlberg’s research interests include CIO profession, Inter-organisational IT governance especially in healthcare and public sector, IT outsourcing and cloud services as well as master and meta data management. He is Vice-President of IAC. He is the Director of the Jesse M. Robredo Institute of Governance (formerly known as the La Salle Institute of Governance) of De La Salle University. He has conducted teaching and research in several universities, including Florida State University, University of Reading, Waseda University, Hiroshima University, University of Hawaii, and University of the Philippines. J.P. Auffret is associate director of the Center for Assurance Research and Engineering in the Volgenau School of Engineering and director, research partnerships and grant initiatives in the School of Business at George Mason University. He was previously director of the executive degree programs in the George Mason School of Business including the MS in Technology Management, the MS in Management of Secure Information Systems, which is jointly offered by Mason's School of Management, Volgenau School of Engineering and School of Public Policy; and the Executive MBA.

Dr. Zdenek BRABEC received the M.Sc. in 1984 and in 1993 the PhD. degrees in telecommunications engineering both from the Brno University of Technology (Czech Republic). Since 1985 he worked at this university for eight years as a lecturer and researcher in the field of measurement and diagnostics in telecommunications. Afterwards he held senior managerial positions for almost fifteen years in leading telecommunication companies in the Czech Republic. Among other he has been one of actors of changes of Czech incumbent operator from the technically oriented, geographically managed company into a market–oriented, line managed company. He had also founded his own company and had cooperated on optimization of telecommunications infrastructure and services of major Czech companies.

Mr. Roberto Zuffada

Graduated in Political Science with a post-graduate master in European studies, he has been lecturer in EU Law at the University of Pavia and expert in cohesion policy at the Italian Ministry of Economy. He served as Program Manager of the EU operations at Lombardia Informatica s.p.a having the responsibilities for the coordination and implementation of RTD, innovation and transnational projects in the areas of healthcare and eHealth. In this role, he provided the General Directorate for Health of Regione Lombardia with scientific and technical assistance in European and interregional initiatives. Dr. Jirapon is currently an associate dean of planning and research at College of innovation, Thammasat University. He has an admirable amount of experience in the IT education sector for over six years as an IT Director and Graduate IT Program Director in two of Thailand’s prestigious universities. Beside his academic roles, Dr. Jirapon also serves as an ICT advisor for many of Thailand's government agencies including Ministry of ICT, Ministry of Tourisms and Sports, Ministry of Finance, etc. In June 2013, he was involved in the delivery of Thailand’s 3rd ICT Master Plan and oversaw operations as the Project Manager.
