The Thailand Electronic Government Agency led by IAC Vice President Dr. Sak Segkoonthod has broadened responsibilities and been renamed the Digital Government Digital Agency (DGA) now reporting to the Thailand Office of the Prime Minister as a result of a May 2018 Thai government decree. Dr. Sak is the president and chief executive office of the DGA. Dr. Sak and the DGA have launched a two-year plan for digital governance for government agencies including government data exchange, one-stop service, government data center, open government data and unified government communication.
