Many thanks to the CIO Club of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Digital Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan and INHA University of Tashkent and for partnering with the International Academy of CIO on the CIO Summit and IAC Annual Conference held in Samarkand, Uzbekistan in September 2023.

The joint theme of the event was the Digital World – Challenges for the CIO. The program included presentations by international experts, panel discussions and sections on the exchange of experience between CIOs. The main topics of the summit were infrastructure and cybersecurity, training of IT personnel, changes in legislation, artificial intelligence and automation of business processes.

Congratulations to Akhadbek Dalimov, Chairman of Board CIO Club Uzbekistan and Elena Bellio, Ph.D., Professor of the Department of Management, Cà Foscari University, Venice, Italy, for receiving the IAC Leadership award and Jantima Award, respectively.
